Las Brisas Huatulco-All Inclusive

Staff were great. Pool and gym were good and there were many tennis and pickleball courts available. Drinks were good and there was quite a few good options. Nice swimming beach as well.

I felt more care could be taken for people with allergies. Our daughter, who was not with us, probably could not have eaten at the buffet or the Pergola since there was definitely cross contamination happening. I’m sure in the separate restaurants that this wouldn’t have been a problem but I think that for her, breakfast and lunch would’ve been a problem.

Everything! The people were great, the beaches and activities were wonderful and the food was excellent.

Our room & view was great. The beach we used by the Mexican restaurant was nice and the snorkelling was very good! Unfortunately theloungers & umbrellas were very dated and worn out. They also need good sturdy chairs for people that can’t bend down low enough to get into & out of the loungers!

The food at the specialty restaurants was disappointing as it was often cold, dried out and the steaks were over cooked & chewy. The buffet had the best food as it was freshly cooked replenished quickly.

The hotel is big, but was easily accessible even with a stroller, there were ramps everywhere and the hotel transportation was also available whenever needed. The structure is a little dated, but it did not lack anything, some of the rooms seem to have been recently updated. There are multiple beaches, my family mostly enjoyed Playa Ventura. The staff at the buffet was always polite and helpful, it was convenient to have food available for kids at all hours practically.

Although the variety of the buffet is not limited, the quality could be better; yet the buffet was better than any of the restaurants we visited in the resort. The price is somewhat expensive in comparison to other structures nearby considering that it is not so new and the quality of food and drinks is ok.

There were several areas to sit for the pools & beaches. From an adult pool, activity pool & children’s pool to a few different beaches. There were two morning buffets spread out on either side of the resort. They had netting at restaurants to help prevent birds coming in. They also had carts running around to transport you if needed. There were a selection of a la carte restaurants. Our room was big & clean with nice view.

We did not like the Kasbah a la carte restaurant, the seating was very uncomfortable on tiny stools & tables 1ft off the ground. Service & food was very poor. More loungers needed around the adult pool & stop reserved seating with towels on chairs.

Playas

Beautiful location with lush vegetation,,many birds and sheltered swimable beaches. Very unusual layout. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the food choices are excellent.

Nothing. But if you have mobility problems it’s not very easy to get around as it’s hilly with lots of steps.
