The hotel grounds are amazing. It really feels like you're staying in part of the forest. There are a lot of different flora and fauna around. The food choices are good and the local town is an interesting trip.

The property is very spread out which is great if you enjoy walking but there are gas-powered golf carts constantly speeding up and down the hills which slightly ruins the peacefulness of the environment. I wish they'd lean into their eco-friendly image a bit more and invest in a fleet of electric buggies!

We booked a king bed superior rooms (3) but each of the 3 rooms we received were with 2 double beds. They said that the king beds were subject to availability but it didn't indicate that anywhere when I booked the rooms.

Excellent location, beautiful view and many amenities such as tennis, paddle, basketball court and area for children.

The facility is old and the room smelled mold. The food is awful, I don’t expect much from all inclusive, but it was easily the worst food in the few all inclusive that we have been to. The AC barely worked as it failed to cool off, and the rooms smelled to mold.
