The room was very comfortable, that is the only positive.

From the moment I'd check in, I felt like every single member of the staff that I encountered hated me for being there. I was burdening them by being a guest in the resort supplying their livelihood. From staff pretending to not speak English well just to poke fun at my struggles to communicate (my Venezuelan girlfriend found this especially offensive) to the absolutely disgusting room service AT AN EXTRA COST . I didn't know if they just don't want foreign guests at this resort, and they want to focus on Mexican nationals only, but I will certainly never visit again. And I will tell everyone how horrendous this experience was.

This hotel impressed us a lot. One of the biggest advantages is that it has several beaches, and one of them was fully suitable for swimming which is actually not that easy to find in Huatulco. Thanks to its location, there were no strong waves there, and you could comfortably go into the water. The food was decent. I wouldn’t say I was amazed, but I also have no complaints about the quality especially after we stayed at another well-known hotel on this coast that completely disappointed us. After that comparison, I can confidently say that, considering both hotels had a similar all-inclusive price, this one is significantly better in terms of quality. I really loved the territory, it feels like a botanical garden, very green and beautiful, with plenty of space for walking. One thing to keep in mind is that you’ll be getting around by golf carts. It’s good to know this in advance, as it might not suit everyone. We were traveling with two children, but since we were prepared for it, it was absolutely manageable, although, of course, with kids it can be a bit more challenging. Overall, we liked the rooms , they were comfortable and in good condition. I think the room location also plays a big role, as the hotel is quite large. Having an ocean view definitely compensated for the lack of a balcony and smaller windows. Still, I was very satisfied with the room quality overall. The staff were all very friendly, and the whole place felt warm, cozy, and welcoming. I really enjoyed our stay.

Personally, I didn’t love the fact that our room category didn’t have a balcony. We were lucky to have a nice view right from the bed, but the absence of a balcony and large floor-to-ceiling windows slightly took away from the “hotel feeling” for me and made it feel a bit more like an apartment. This might be a minor detail for many, but I’m a bit picky about things like that. As we were told, this is standard for that room category.

Kids club was amazing, staff was kind and caring. Beaches are great. Buffet choices were solid.

Los reseccionistas son muy malmodientos nada amables tuvieron muchas fallas en el momento que registre mi llegada no activaron las pulseras con las abitaciones y solo me dieron 1 targeta para toallas cuando yo alquile 2 abitaciones para 4 adultos y 2 menores de edad
