I had a wonderful time at Las Brisas Huatulco. The installations were excellent, spotless, and felt incredibly safe and private. I specifically loved the amazing view and how calm and peaceful the water was, allowing for great swimming. The on-site restaurants offered a great variety of options, and the food was overall delicious. Getting around the massive resort was super cool and easy thanks to their golf cart shuttle system. The staff throughout the resort were exceptionally friendly and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway!

The resort is great, but management needs to fix the arrival experience and peak-hour transport logistics. Many of us were left waiting in oppressive 30+ degree Celsius heat. One front desk staff member was explicitly rude, and a couple of others acted inefficient. Additionally, during peak hours, the wait times for the golf cart shuttle system reached around 15 minutes.
