"Beautiful resort but the food could be better"

The staff were brilliant, service by the pool and beach especially. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. Access to multiple beaches and an adults only pool.

There was a mould like smell in the bedroom, the food is of poor quality even in the a la carte restaurants.

El trato del personal, se nota de inmediato la distinción que el personal del hotel hace con los extranjeros y los visitantes nacionales, solo olvidan que si un connacional llega a ir a este lugar también puede ofrecerles propinas y ser agradecidos por un buen trato.

Me gustaron mucho los accesos a la playa y la facilidad para trasladarse de un lugar a otro con los carritos.

Siento que en los restaurantes sólo había ventiladores y se hacía muchísimo calor, estaría buenísimo que también tuvieran aire acondicionado. De igual forma, los chicos que nos ofrecían bebidas en los camastros a veces se olvidaban de nosotros y yo tenía que ir personalmente por mis bebidas.
