"Our stay in Haworth"

8.0

Comfortable beds. Clean and tidy.

Very strong smell of bleach when we arrived. We had to open all the doors and windows for a couple of hours to clear the pungent smell.

"Great location for Bronte Country"

10.0

Great location for the Bronte Parsonage Museum - just a 10 minute walk - with the shops and bars/cafes of Main Street just a 3 minute walk. Lovely big park directly opposite. House was small but very clean and bed was comfortable. Only small things really - the kitchen bin would not stay closed, which may have contributed to the slightly musty smell. In the bathroom, the towel radiator is not securely attached to the wall, and if the bath is slippy, there is then nothing to hold on to as you get in/out. As I was alone and only there 2 nights, these were tiny things and didnt affect the trip overall.

"Cosy Nook Close to Haworth"

9.0

Bronte Nook is a centrally located, warm cosy nook to base yourself while exploring this most beautiful part of Yorkshire. Around the corner from Haworth main street and a short ([uphill) walk to the Brontë parsonage, this three bedroom house has everything you could need. Perfect for a small family, two couples or a couple who like some extra space the decor is beautiful, love the flagstone floors, the beds + couches are really comfortable + the shower is powerful with lots of hot water. Comms + recommendations from the owner were spot on. Check in and out was seamless and the house was spotless. Few things to note, the kitchen is on small side but has everything you need and there are lots of steps as the house is over three floors. None of this was an issue. Loved having such a comfortable base to return to after hikes and exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommend!

The location was great, as was the fact we could get parked, cottage big enough for our needs and price was reasonable too.

Towel rail not properly connected to the bathroom wall, the cottage wasn't as clean as it could have been, no light bulb in the room where the small white metal bed was and 1 tumbler in the kitchen so could do with more and chipped crockery. Great property BUT could definetly do with a lick of paint/ tidying up and the windows cleaning regularly.

"We had a great stay enjoying everything Haworth had to offer!"

7.0

The property is in an ideal location to make the most of Haworth and the surrounding countryside.

Some of the cottage was ‘unfinished’ especially the bathroom.

The position of the dwelling. Very close to all amenities

The radiator in bathroom was not connected to wall at the top. Someone had used wrong raw plugs on original. It's very dangerous. Repair it now before they end up with a large water damage bill. First bedroom had black mold on walls as did bathroom. Hand rail at bottom of stairs is coming away from wall. Its dangerous. Water from basin in bathroom takes forever to empty. Looks like exit pipe is blocked.

"Brilliant place to stay for two plus a child, especially if you’re eating out a lot. Pubs nearby are good."

Heating. Sofas. Shower.

Broken towel rail. Loose bannister. Lack of kitchen basics, peeler, grater, glasses.
