ININThis is the second time I stayed there with my family. Great place with a great location. Walking distance from Shani shignapur temple. Last time I visited 2 years back and then travelled recently, must say they have kept the room as it is. Well maintained property.
INAll the basic facility is available like rooms with attached bathrooms are very neat and clean. It is located conveniently located. Roughly 300 to 400 meters away from Shani Singnapur temple. There was no operational restaurant inside the hotel but there were few options close by. One is just next to the hotel, as good as a part of the hotel.

The water kettle was not working and we couldn't get a replacement kettle after bringing it up with the manager. The bathroom door had over a two inch gap on all sides making it uncomfortable to use. We stayed in 102. Maybe the other rooms are different.
