El personal muy amable y respetuoso, la comida del restaurante excelente , las instalaciones perfectas.

This was my 5th time staying here. What I liked especially this stay was: -Always had hot water -Friendly staff, especially the camarista Valeria -Nice food at the restaurant -Hotel is beautiful -Air con in the room

While in the middle of our stay, they said that they would stop giving out water bottles to us. Which would be annoying, as you would either have to buy water yourself or fill a bottle yourself just at reception. But in the end they just gave us water anyway, so not sure if they changed their mind?

Rooms clean. Staff helpful. Nice pool. Restaurant was very nice, good food too.

Loved the service and friendliness.

Beds were too high. I asked for an accesible room, and while they did deliver on assigning a room with easy access (THANK YOU!) the beds were too high for people with mobility issues (my senior parents).

El aire acondicionado bastante ruidoso y viejo no nos dejo dormir. Pusieron 2 papeles higienicos de pesima calidad y apunto de acabarse cuando llegamos, faltaron sillas en la habitacion y falta mejorar acceso a albercas a personas de 3a edad.

que la alberca estaba un poco sucia, no sé si por las plantas o por que le hacía falta limpieza

The hotel was close to the hospital where I was having a procedure. The food in the restaurant was good. The poolside snack bar offered a good menu.

This is a family hotel with a giant pool. The pool was full of children for most of the time I was there. While I like children, there was a lot of noise.
