The restaurant was fine. Good food, friendly staff and the best chocolate milk drink I’ve ever had!

I booked the room with two queens and I was charged for an extra person, my son, which had never happened in previous stays.

Its my second time staying with you. I really enjoyed seeing the friendly staff again. They have a great memory because they recognized me so that adds to the stay. I really like having somewhere to eat close by which i dont have to leave. I enjoyed the pools. Didn't go to the gym this time but I will next time. Staff is great.

One thing I did noticed that I did not know and still not sure if its connected with the establishment is the bus that parks outside that can give you a ride to the beach and back at certain hours. I did not know your establishment offered that. I apologize in advanced if its not connected in any way.

It was close to my sisters house and the pool was clean

The rooms are outdated. The door leaves gaps everywhere and there is an aftermarket lock that doesnt work. It really needs a complete overhaul. The bathroom floor was always wet, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I think it the leakage origins from the fungus infested toilet (which needs a specific way to stop flushing or it keeps on flowing forever) or the drain in the floor. The water was just warm enough for a shower, but too cold for my wife and way too cold to make it in a bed. Our last night, the power went out a dozen of times. We will not be coming back and i discourage other people to stay in your hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past 7 years. Great staff they are like family. Victor, Francisco, etc New Chef for the Restaurant is great.

I had a situation using the swimming pool. Part of my morning routine is take a run and then take a swim in the hotel pool. Very early in the morning after I see the pool person finish cleaning I get in the pool. There is a lot of new staff working at the hotel. Two new security personnel approached me when i was in the pool and let me know I was in the pool to early. I let them know I was always in the pool early for the past seven years. They said ok and I said tomorrow I will make sure I am not in the pool to early. They let me know two women that were not staying at the hotel but take part in water classes from the gym next door had complained I was in the pool 30 minutes early. The security then left and then a lady walked up to me when I was in the pool, she said she was the Gym Manager and I was in the pool to early. I asked so what time is it? She said its 7:35am? and asked so when can I get in the pool? She said you need to get out and you can get back in the pool in 10 minutes. The person was totally on a power trip and has no authority over the pool. In fact the gym rents time from the hotel for the pool. I saved my words for a Hotel Manager. Moving forward this gym Manager will mind her own business. As a hotel guest you have free access to the gym. However the gym stinks like sweat, no air conditioning, No wipes to clean the exercise equipment and the drinking water from the water fountain is hot water. That's where the gym Manager should place her focus.

The staff members of the front desk are rude, a bad attitude

We couldn't find the coupons after misplacing them so we did not get to try the breakfast. We did have dinner at the Guacamayas restaurant and it was excellent.

We stayed in a twin bed room for 3 nights and upgraded to the executive room which was well worth the upgrade costs. The smaller room had no place to sit other on the bed.

Great customer service.
