"Studio, not a one bedroom"

Very clean and quiet when I was here. Location is very convenient to Drake and quite a few good food locations with easy walking distance. Better for a person traveling solo as there is one key with a security fob you must use to access the lobby, elevator and stairwells. Bed comforter was plush. AC was steady and quiet.

Apartment was advertised as a one bedroom apartment, but it is actually a studio. Bed was full size, not a queen, if you are traveling with a companion and need a bigger bed this may not be convenient for you, and it was just a mattress on a frame with no box-spring, so not very comfortable. Sofa was stylish but also not very comfortable. Water pressure in shower is very low, but tub has a good depth if you need a long soak. There was only one drinking glass (12 oz.) in the kitchen, and three 8 ounce juice glasses, one of which was chipped. Street parking only.

"Bad stay"

Horrible apartment was not clean foul smell dirty liens covered in dead bugs. I had to clean the apartment twice I don't recommend this property at all.
