"Hard to find, cold, and the amenities couldn’t be used."

Absolutely nothing

53 degrees the entire time. The thermostat on the wall did NOT control the room temp. No remote for the TV. 2 towels for 2 people for 3 days. Couldn’t find the dang place first because it’s got signage for a DIFFERENT company. Terrible, terrible stay. Won’t be rebooking.

Nothing

So cold. Thermostat didn’t control room temp. Changing the settings didn’t work. 2 towels for 2 people for 3 days. No remote for the tv. Hard to find.

The size and layout of the rental. Also enjoyed the location of the apartment. Quiet,clean and comfortable. Check in as well as Check out was a breeze.

Would be nice for a little more coffee and some bottled water perhaps.

"Beyond exceptional 🥰"

It was very secure & everything I needed functioning. Very spacious & clean not to mention very pleasing aesthetic, modern overall cozy.

Honestly there wasn’t any thing I would really complain about except that there wasn’t a broom, dish sponge or candles lol but no honestly it was perfect for us .
