"I hardly ever visit a city twice, but would definitely stay here again!"

Beautiful property, clean, large, quiet. They provided bedding and towels. The staff were very responsive. Great location next to restaurants, music, and bars.

Having physical keys always makes me nervous- loosing them. So very minor suggestion would be to have a touchpad lock.

"Great location"

Location was brilliant. So close to French Quarter. Authentic. Nice spooky feel.

Strong cannabis smell in property. Went to put a wash on and machine full of wet wash. Put that into drier but full of dried bedding probably from last tenants. Coffee Mate seemed a bit out of date. Letterbox wasn't secure. Tv doesn't work in bottom bedroom. Outside light would be good as hard to see keyhole. Back garden area lovely but needs attention. Beds very tired.

Great location on Frenchmen Street. Loved the New Orleans style decor.

Kitchen sink stopped up with brown water and smelled horrible when we arrived. I notified staff immediately Friday evening. Was fixed Saturday afternoon. There isn't a washing machine as advertised. The beds were OK comfort wise. Not great. Probably need to be replaced soon.

"New Orleans french quartier"

Bien placé en distance par rapport au vieux quartier français, mais rue un peu bruyante.

Aspect extérieur pas très attirant, mériterait un peu d'entretien, rue un peu bruyante.

It was about a mile away from most things.

Furniture was broken. Refrigerator didn’t work. Beds were terrible.

I loved everything about the Villa especially the back patio. It is a beautiful home and the books... I literally had to write a few titles down so I can order them to read them. The house was sooo New Orleans and I Loved it.

The only thing was the heat didn't work too well, they did supply heaters but depending on where you plugged it at, the electricity went out and we had to find the breaker. Other than that it was perfect
