"Wonderful hosts great B&B, best we have stayed in Llandudno."

Fantastic hosts and very well equipped. Lots of little touches thought of and great location too. Cake on arrival, tray of sweets to help yourself and plenty of delicious options for breakfast.

Clean and standard of amenities were excellent Very friendly and helpful. Room was very well equipped

It was very small for a superior room and the second floor was a struggle for an 83 year old

As far as a B&B was concerned this was exceptional. The hosts Sam and Ken were welcoming and attentive at all times. We stayed in room 2 which was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely sea view. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice accommodation, beautifully clean. Chosen as it is an easy, flat walk towards the pier, short walk to the theatre and short walk to the shopping complex. Food of a very high standard.

The whole place was immaculate, decor was beautiful, Sam and Ken were very helpful and just lovely, the breakfast was amazing all locally sourced, the best stay at a B&B ever !!!
