Par où commencer, le logement était sale (le sol, les serviettes, les draps tachées) Il y avait une odeur d’urine en continue dans la salle de bain, du moisie dans la douche. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien. La fenêtre de ferme pas bien et c’est du simple vitrage bruit ++ Pas d’isolation avec les autres chambres du pallier.

Location was perfect. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was fine.

It smelled bad, everything was shabby and not very clean. Really super basic.

The pictures of the hotel do not match reality. The bed and mattress were old and uncomfortable, and the quality was poor. The towels and bedding were not clean, which was very disappointing. It was also quite difficult to find the hotel, as the location shown on the map is completely inaccurate. That said, the actual location is very good once you find it. Breakfast was supposed to be provided at a different location, but when we arrived, that place was closed which was frustrating and unexpected.

The breakfast provided was not at the apartment, but had to walk to the nearest McDonald’s.

The pictures on Booking.com showed a place that was completely different from the one we actually ended up in. Check in was an hour later than promised with no reimbursement or alternative whatsoever was provided. The room, apart from being too small for 3 adults and a child, was old. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Linen could definitely do with a replacement. No soap in bathroom, one toilet paper roll for four people. Place is dimly lit and the entrance to the block is scary.

Nothing in the kitchen, not only empty glasses to be able to pour water. Neighbours very noisy: we could hear their TV very loud continuously
