The staff were amazing and amazing service

The hotel is well located for Yalikavak only 5 mins in a taxi. The rooms run parallel to the steps that go top to bottom and are spacious with each block having privacy. The pool area is extremely well maintained and very aesthetically pleasing. The restaurant is accessible and with no wait time for breakfast. Sips the rooftop bar is wonderful and the views are spectacular at sunset. There is plenty of staff on hand around the hotel at all times and we were helped efficiently on the front desk a couple of times. We were well looked after on our last day with a extra late checkout provided to us complimentary which was so helpful, this was facilitated by Valeria and the guest relations team who throughout our stay would regularly ask for feedback and true to their word they provided us with this extra late checkout.

The service was brilliant throughout, with the staff being attentive, professional and welcoming from start to finish. The facilities are exceptional. The resort has everything you need on site, including restaurants, bars, a spa, gym and well maintained spaces throughout. The food was very good, the views were beautiful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was impressive. Considering the quality of the service, facilities and location, it offers very good value for money. I would happily recommend Ruins Bodrum to anyone visiting Bodrum.

Fantastic stay at Ruins luxury hotel from the rooms, pool access, bakery, breakfast, Sips bar, and most importantly, the staff. Each staff member has been incredibly helpful during our stay, especially Baris, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our flight was at 23.40pm and checkout is at 12pm, we kindly asked Liza if we could still have the room beyond checkout time, she liaised with her colleague Miray who confirmed that we could use the room until 7.30pm with no extra change, this was a huge help.
