Great service, staff were welcoming and friendly at all times. They catered to our needs whenever requested and were very helpful. Special thanks to Ali and Miray from the management team for accommodating to our needs. Also, thank you to Baris and Yunus - two very helpful bell boys!

Our stay at the Ruins was lovely, the staff is helpful when it comes to calling taxis. Mert and Daiye were super friendly and one of the few staff members that was attentive or went above and beyond for us. Beautiful property, very modern and our room was spacious and clean.

WiFi does not work at all. House keeping can do a better job at not leaving dirty dishes/ food out in the open. Staff at the beach club and restaurant are not attentive and service isn’t great.

Difícil comunicarse con el personal, no entienden mucho inglés, tienen buena predisposición. Los pedidos de café o a la carta en el desayuno se complicaban generando confusiones. No lo recomiendo para personas que tengan poca movilidad, hay muchos escalones (perfectos para alguien que no tenga restricciones, pero para personas mayores o con limitaciones conplicaria)

I had an absolutely exceptional stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ali, the hotel manager. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Nothing was ever too much to ask—his professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests truly set this place apart. Ali’s attention to detail and willingness to help with anything, big or small, made the entire experience seamless and incredibly enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and accommodating, and it made a lasting impression on my stay. The hotel facilities were equally impressive—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to meet every need. Everything worked perfectly, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and welcoming. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you’re looking for outstanding service and top-quality facilities, this is the place—and Ali is the reason it feels so special.

The property is well equipped with wonderful gym, pool, restaurant and bar with jetty sun lounge area. The staff are all so friendly and made you feel so welcome.

It's challenging to get bar service at the pool throughout the day to order drinks and food. Also might be a nice option to offer a free cold water for guests around the pool when it's very warm.
