"Used razor blades, human hairs, and a dishonest property manager"

When we arrived we found human hairs everywhere, a dead cockroach, mouse droppings, and a used razor blade in the corner. The property manager offered to move us to a different room but they were all equally unhygienic. We left within an hour with the property manager assuring that he would be refunding our stay through booking. Unfortunately the manager lied to us and to booking.com and we did not receive a refund for our booking. DO NOT STAY HERE
