"I want my money back"

Nothing

This hotel is a dump, there's no light, the curtains are ripped, there's only one towel, the whole room stinks and the furniture is old. I'll never come back here, they should pay me to stay here.

"Very poor"

They sent us to their sister motel, it was old and horrible. I will never stay there again. They told me they will contact you and they will give me a 15 % discount refund because I was so upset. I spent at least 90 minutes trying to convince them to give me a refund and to move me somewhere else. They sent me to fairgrounds inn. Horrible horrible horrible. Waste of money. I let my family sleep in the rooms because they had unpacked and there was 11 people.. I slept in my car.

"Bad"

Is being terrible idea to stay here, The towels dirty, and the door is broken. The curtains are broken, no heat. The room don't look at all from picture of the room we were supposed to get

"It was alright not amaze for what I paid not satisfied"

Location is great the front desks employees are super friendly and felt welcome.

The tv is messed up from the picture color like someone threw something at the tv. An no telephone floor is cracked if I would to run my foot would fall through it no joke took pictures of it walls need major repair and paid 135 for those days which i am a little upset of it because I could’ve used it on another hotel oh an ac no filters on it

The place have cockroach Very dusty place I have a video from the place Bathroom has black mold I paid for 2 nights Only stay one night they said that they will give me my money but been month and nothing yet Please don’t go there find another place Is very unhealthy place I put my camping tent on top of the bed so I can sleep
