Just Sam, his a nice guy. He tried to fix what ever was not working in our room.

The parking first of all is too tight. The room was very filthy, curtains have holes in it, furniture is dusty, the bathtub has cracks in it and the stopper is gone nothing but a black hole in the middle of the tub, the bed squeaks and very old, the cover has a white stain & my husband got bit in the eye while we were lying down.

I already sent message to Booking to let them know it was nasty it wasn't clean holes in walls power cords running everywhere floors so dirty walked across it one time bottom of my nice new sock just put on where black. Power outlets no covers over them. Burn marks on the night stand lamps could catch fire and I can't believe I had to pay almost 150. For one night in such dirty moldy place.

The staff is cool. Just didn’t like my room. Smelt like mold, AC didn’t work, tv kept shutting off, lights were way to dim
