No water in commode flush,cockroaches in entire room.lomited breakfast options n only south Indian dishes.one complimentary water bottle was half,someone drank n left.billing takes too long time.

Room size was ok, they call it Suite not sure why? location is great.

Very Disappointed – Avoid if You Expect Basic Standards I had a terrible experience at Hotel Peak Pride, Karimnagar. Despite booking my room 10 days in advance via Booking.com, I wasn’t given a room until after 9 PM, even though I arrived at 7 PM and the check-in time was clearly 2 PM. Shockingly, when I pointed out that there were vacant rooms available, the staff refused to assign one, claiming they were reserved for guests arriving the next day — guests who likely booked just a day earlier! This shows a complete disregard for Booking.com customers. The condition of the toilets was unacceptable — comparable to public area restrooms. Dirty, old WCs, water overflowing constantly, and no sign of proper cleaning or maintenance. The reception staff were untrained, insensitive, and completely unprofessional. on Sunday For breakfast (No buffet) , and when we ordered, it arrived 1.5 hours later, cold and not even what we requested. Overall, this hotel seriously lacks professionalism, hygiene, and customer service. Definitely not worth the money or frustration. Would not recommend.
