Bit of a problem to order food for allergies but they managed in the end
LTEVERYTHING!! The staff was amazing from the start we enter the hotel till we left. They pay so much attention we have never received in any hotel, always making sure that all is perfect. The manager of hotel communicates with guest well, try to improve everything. We loved Jenifer, she was so natural in what she does and we think she has so much potential in networking and people relations fields and she communicates so well. We had the birthday celebration during our stay and the staff was very welcoming, arrange the bed decoration surprise on their own, also sang happy b-day during the dinner and cooked huge cake for us. It was more than anyone could expect from the hotel staff. The rooms are being cleaned twice a day, drinking water is available all the time, the shower water is hot, the room has Netflix, air conditioning and everything you would ask for. The chef of the kitchen knows what he is doing, the food is delicious. The breakfast options are plenty and it is excellent. They cook amazing pizzas. They have private and secure yard for parking. Beachfront!
We advise not to let random people from outside who is using the bar during the day walk all around the property take photos and spend time as they are living here. Also that the sunbeds can be used by people from outside as they are occupying most of them during the day. Water in the swimming pool could be warmer.

ITAbbiamo amato la dimensione raccolta e ricercata e la bellissima piscina. La nostra stanza (bungalow deluxe) era molto curata nell’arredo e molto comoda e spaziosa. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio Spa per un massaggio full body molto piacevole.

After water repair , heater was not returned until we report. To improve Customer service at the dining and cleaners. When asked the lady cleaner for extra towel , she informed she dont have instead of going and bringing us as it was inconvinient for her . And also to know how to knock , not to bang . They should knock gently once or twice only and identifiy themselves .
