GBMala exceeded our expectations - it would be an absolute dream to be able to visit again! A totally cosy and positively vibey feel throughout the hotel, and the staff are attentive and friendly - their smiles are contagious! A great spot if you're looking for a beachfront experience, not too 'touristy', and safe!

DESehr schöner Außen- und Poolbereich. Das Essen und insbesondere das Frühstück waren sehr lecker. Super nettes Personal. Sie haben sich den ganzen Tag um alle Belange gekümmert und wir haben selten so nettes Personal kennengelernt.
Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, was aber dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entspricht. Die Bungalows sind aber deutlich geräumiger. Das Badezimmer ist etwas zu abgenutzt.
USthe only 50% good think about this property is their pool and beach bar, other than that we don’t really understand what is the hipe about this hotel, the value for money is so low, super slow bad service from servers, terrible cocktails, uncomfortable beds and pillows, terrible water heater that goes on and off, they are trying to sale the hotel as a fancy boutique hotel but it isn’t.

ESNada más llegar decidimos irnos porque las imágenes que ofrecen no son fieles a la realidad. Habíamos realizado una reserva de más de 3 mil euros y nos querían estafar para quedarse con la totalidad
Muy mala experiencia, normalmente no me gusta escribir sobre las experiencias negativas pero en este caso lo hago porque se verdad que me sentí estafada totalmente. Perdimos un día de nuestras vacaciones y aún no hemos recibido el reembolso de la mitad de nuestra reserva. No quisimos ver la cabaña que habíamos reservado, ya que nada más llegar al ver cómo estaban las calles donde está situado el complejo ya nos queríamos ir. La entrada estaba sucia y descuidada, la recepción olía fatal, el servicio de comida que ofrecen no era bufet sino a la carta y en mesa. Con el dinero que cobran la variedad y cantidad era ridícula. No avisan de que la playa desaparece durante gran parte del día y que lo que hay ante el hotel es un gran campo de algas, que huelen bastante mal. Muy lejos de las fotos que ofrecéis en la plataforma. Nos quisieron convencer para quedarnos. Nos tuvieron en la entrada del hotel esperando más de dos horas para darnos una respuesta sobre el refund que nos pertenecía. Cancele la reserva a través de la app y no la aceptaron para que pasara el tiempo que yo tenía de marco para recibir mi reembolso. Han pasado dos semanas y aún no he recibido la parte que me corresponde del reembolso. He perdido más de dos mil euros por cometer la equivocación de escoger este lugar. Así que por supuesto que no lo aconsejo.

FIOne of the nicest places i have ever been! I extended my stay for five more days, because i liked it so much Staff is all super lovely and taking such a good care. Pool area is really nice and restaurant is good. As a female solotraveller i felt myself also safe in here :)
