Luxury Victorian 5 bedroom apartment by Lady road apartments

Very good property location, easy to get to the city centre.

Looked nice in the Booking App and location was good

The property was filthy and had health and safety issues.

Close to shops, short distance from city centre

Felt like student accommodation. Very basic, missing a homely feel. Would have been nice to have more towels (1each).

Space was excellent. Good location for Edinburgh central.

It's well situated near a shopping centre and access to taxi ranks and buses. The flat was clean. Rooms were big and bright. All the appliances were working and there was plenty of plates/glasses and dishes. Beds were very comfortable. Shower on top floor was good although door was very hard to open/close. The flat also allowed a parking space (which is a bonus when one knows how Edinburgh parking is tough). Kids enjoyed the games' room.

I knew it was a duplex but I had not expected 2 floors. As several of my party have mobility issues, it was not ideal. Also there was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom which is a tad short for 8 people and not much of toilettries. Shower downstairs doesn't have much power.
