Beautiful, clean, large house perfect for a very large family group. Everything we needed and more. Friendly staff, free parking. Easy check in.

A bit far for walking to/from Old Town but not bad at all for driving.

"Lovely big comfortable house, noisy because it is near the hospital and needs a few items to make it more comfortable"

The house was very nice and large, the beds were really comfortable, the host was friendly and helpful and the bus stop was very convenient

Constant ambulance sirens because it is near the hospital No televisions in any bedrooms and only Netflix in the living room Not enough seating in living room for such a big house No dryer to go with the washer Not enough towels and no wash cloths, towels that were there are crunchy and cheap

Spacious apartment in a beautiful house on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Easy to get to by bus. Had everything we needed for our stay! Very responsive and helpful owner. Really good value, would definitely stay again.

Just a few things that needed a bit of attention, one bedroom door handle very loose, shower a bit tired but functional, broken blind in one bedroom. A few other only minor things! Would have been nice if one room had been twin beds, but that's probably just for our party which was all women!
