The location was excellent, close to the cathedral and the Capella Palatina. The host, Desiree, was kind and very helpful, paying attention to all details and needs. Spacious apartment with good beds.

The apartment is excellent: large and clean, and very centrally located. The host, Désirée, was exceptional: throughout, the communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The little touches, like welcome presents for the children, and biscuits and cakes, were wonderful. I cannot fault this accommodation and host.

Spacious, beautiful and comfortable apartment. Very clean. Désirée is amazing! We spent the Christmas holidays in Palermo. Désirée has prepared individual gifts for us. Our son was delighted! Pandoro, pastries, wine, water, juices, milk, tea, coffee were also waiting for us in the apartment… The apartment has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable. I have trouble sleeping but I slept great in Palermo. The apartment is located on the main street but there is no noise in the apartment. Thank you so much, Désirée! property was good, but the owner sent too many messages and lot of instructions.

I let her know before the booking seems wrong and it’s for two adults and two kids. she asked me to pay 50 euro extra and I obliged. I thought she will charge the credit card on file. however upon checkout she insisted I pay in cash or up charge me for 40 euro extra.

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le centre historique et tout est accessible en quelques minutes à pied. L'appartement est très propre. La communication avec le propriétaire est très simple et fluide, l'accès à l'appartement se fait très facilement. La propriétaire avait laissé plein de petites attentions pour nous accueillir : gâteaux, petits cadeaux...

Excellent location! Right next to Palermo Cathedral, Quatro Canti, and all the shops and restaurants! The apartment was well appointed, clean and beautiful, with balconies overlooking the street below. There is also a washer and dryer available to use, which after a few weeks of traveling, was a life saver for us! The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and more. She even had gifts and breakfast treats for us, and connected us with a driver who picked us up from the airport. This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in! Don’t wait- book it now!

Exceptional host (Desiree). Her small but thoughful touches were everywhere in this beautiful apartment which had every modern convenience while retaining its sicilian heritage and character. The location is also unbeatable for access to key attractions, bars and restaurants, etc. But above all it was the warmth that greeted me from the moment of booking till after my departure that made this a very special stay - even though I did not meet my lovely hostess in person.

Spacious apartment with a working washer and dryer! This is huge when traveling a lot. The location was perfect for getting all over Palermo. Central but quiet at night. Bed was comfortable, host was attentive and arranged a drover for us to and from airport and train.
