Palermo Center Residenza IN Cattedrale Superior Apartment

Lovely apartment located in the center of Palermo which made everything very easily accessible. We were so touched by the way in which Désirée made our stay feel extra special with everything from the personal gifts and baked cake left for us to the very clear instructions and tips for our stay. Lovely rooms and extremely clean apartment. We would definitely boom again!

The owner, Desiree was fabulous. She helped us as not Italian speaking to booked restaurants and transportation requirements by English. She had connections with a realiable transport Veincenzo Transport that were so good and knew where the apartment was situated. Use them to get to and from the Palermo Airport. There was wine and snacks, cake and bread rolls, oil and snacks for us ++. Desiree was so good. The apartment w as so roomy- two separate bedrooms plus a separate dining room, a separate kitchen plus big TV in the lounge room. Really spacious. The best was the location which was right on Vittorio Emmanuel II, gateway to Palermo Centro.

It was a little bit noisy without the doors shut.

The location was fantastic, as we were in the heart of the historic district of Palermo. The property was well-maintained, and the host Desiree was very helpful. The apartment was well-stocked with food and drink when we arrived, which was very much appreciated.

Perfect location. Quiet considering how central we were. The apartment was spacious and hosts very helpful. Beautiful gifts left for my mother's birthday. Very thoughtful.. Beds were comfortable and linen lovely. Lots of personal touches that made us feel special.

The living space was the only area that lacked comfort. The sofa was very hard. It would have been nice if there had been more comfortable chairs. But honestly nit picking.

Nice little apartment. Has a washer and dryer. Owner provide us with all kinds of welcome eats and drinks. Very clean. Instructions very clear.

The shower stall is the size of one on an ocean cruise liner. The apartment faces the most popular street at the beginning of the Old Town. Street noise is considerable. Usually ends around 2 a.m. To get to the second bedroom you have to walk through the first bedroom.

Location was superb - just around the corner from the cathedral. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable. Owner was exceptionally hospitable and had gone out of the way to make us welcome, leaving us food (including homemade cake) and drinks.

More comfortable settees needed in the sitting area.

Excellent central location. Very spacious apartment, next to the Cathedral. Lots of bakeries, bars, restaurants nearby. Small , traditional del Capo market just 5 min away. Big , comfortable bed! Well equipped kitchen witch coffee machine and lots of strong italian coffee! In the fridge milk , water and juices. On the table bottle of wine and finger licking good , homemade cake. Easy , early check in and check out. We felt like a home away from home! Thank you Desiree ! 12 out of 10 !

Excellent location. We were lucky and managed to park 3 mins away. Host communication was excellent. We stayed over Xmas period and they very kindly left us some lovely presents. Also useful items such water, tea, coffee, milk. Essential cooking items such as oil and salt etc were there. You can walk to all sites if interest.

The cafe opposite opens early and puts out it's tables and chairs before 8 which you can hear. However this only lasts for a bit. As very central, close to the Cathedral you have to expect city noise
