The apartment is centrally located yet quiet and a cool oasis from the heat of the day. Close to many restaurants and easy walking distance to the sights and transport. What stood out was our attentive and thoughtful host Desiree. Her communication and help was above and beyond with transport, recommendations including our awesome driver Mr Vincenzo, and our welcome on arrival with a beautiful cake and well-stocked fridge and snacks. Desiree also helped us with a late check out for which we were very grateful on a hot travel day. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Desiree! You were our best host ever!

Amazing location right next to the cathedral and loads of great restaurants. Desiree was fantastic as a host and was not only very helpful but also left lots of lovely little touches to make our stay great.

Wow what a hidden gem, everything was perfect & exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect & although right in the centre near the beautiful cathedral it was quiet. The apartment was really spacious, clean, beds were lovely & comfortable. Bathroom was spacious & great. The owner had left us home grown lemons, home made cake, biscuits & was on hand for any information we needed. Loved it & better than anywhere else I’ve stayed!

Where can I start? Everything about this accommodation is FANTASTIC! The appartment itself is comfortable, clean, and it owns the Sicilian charisma located steps away from the beautiful Cathedral. However, the best feature of this Residenza is its hostess. She will not only make sure you have the essentials for your stay, you will definitely feel like it's your Sicilian family welcoming you in town. She pampered us with treats, and even special gift to celebrate my 50th birthday! Best place in Palermo

Classic Sicilian style decor. Clean and comfortable. Fantastic location in the heart of the historic center. Amazing hostess Desiree looked after all our needs… even baked a delicious Sicilian cake for us!

The location was brilliant. Central to tourist district. Communication with host Desiree was excellent and she thought of everything. She made us feel very welcome supplying us with homemade goodies and gifts. Would definitely book again.

Shower entry could have been a little wider.

Everything! Désirée is an exceptional host and looked after us amazingly. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and so well equipped. Désirée made cake specially for us, left lemons from her own garden, gave us little presents and much more. She was incredibly flexible also which made such a difference to our stay in Palermo. I can't imagine a better location in Palermo, located obviously beside the Cathedral but with the Quattro Canti and the Norman Palace just minutes away. Capo Market is a real street food treat and only 8 minutes away. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Thank you again, Désirée and family.
