Absolutely nothing.

Pathetic is an understatement for this hotel. The room they gave us was tiny, dirty, and disgusting — filthy linens, and yes, a cockroach as a welcome gift. The so-called “breakfast” was arranged on the terrace under a tin shade, where sambar and chutney were kept openly without lids, and not a single staff member was there to monitor anything. Absolute unhygienic nonsense. We booked a cab from the hotel for Tirumala darshan — they fixed ₹2500 for pickup and drop. We started at 4 PM and mobiles collected around 11 PM. The driver(Jonny) they sent had zero knowledge of Tirumala landmarks, kept rushing us, refused to come near the gates we were standing at, and even forced us to skip dinner. Completely unprofessional and rude. And the best part? The next day the manager, Purushottam, started demanding ₹3000 instead of the agreed ₹2500, claiming we “took more time” for darshan. What a joke! As if devotees can control the crowd and timings inside the temple. He knows very well how unpredictable darshan duration is, but still chose to argue and squeeze extra money. It’s clear this hotel staff, local cab drivers, and their network have only one motto: loot the devotees. Facilities you can ignore, but this kind of cheap money-grabbing behavior is unacceptable. Save your peace, your money, and your sanity. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Tv is not working, tiffins are very less, drinking water is not sufficient and charging for extra.

Location was very accessible

The size of room is very small. Cleanliness was very poor, too many cockroaches in the room. Food was average. Not at all times worth the price.
