The boy working there was helpful

No restaurant in the hotel. I have requested for a kettle to boil water before i checked in which was not fulfilled. When i checked in there were no towels . I had to ask for it.

Service of Room boy. Very nice and helpful. Spacious bathroom with continuous hot water.

Too small room with cockroaches. Phone does not work to make use of room service. Breakfast served late.

Location was excellent, staff was very accommodating. We were given rooms on the 5th floor.

The rooms had cockroaches, both the rooms did. the bigger room had them on the bed. please maintain hygiene.
