The staff was exceptionaly helpful.

There is an auto guy who thinks he knows every thing and treat people like kids.

It is clean

Staff were not that great, they make excuses for everything. They don’t have lift and after doing Giri valayam/pradashana it’s really hard for anyone to climb stairs and that was tough for us as well.

The property was outside the temple town on a highway. The room was clean and well maintained. The reception staff was courteous.

1. Before our check in, we wanted to talk to the hotel on some basic questions. The hotel was not reachable through the mobile as they were not picking up our calls. 2. There was no stay facility for driver and in fact there is not even a common restroom for them. This was frustrating and ridiculous. The reception boy was not considerate for this limitation, neither he took any initiative to support. We travel long hours for the pilgrimage and if these basic facilities are not provided, it looks like their hospitality is totally fake. 3. Amenities in the attached bathroom were not properly functioning. 4. The apartment was too small as against the size committed in the booking confirmation. 5. The stay was disappointing considering the high rating it has.managed to get.
