Rooms were clean, big enough. Staff and manger were friendly.

There is no lift in the home stay and price was bit high

Geetanjali was very helpful in pre-stay communication. Reception staff was helpful at least in a reactive (not proactive) manner. Bed was very comfortable. View of Arunachala from balcony.

AC leaking water in the middle of the night right above the only bedside plug point, creating a pool of water on the floor where I had placed an extension cord. Could have been electrocuted. We ended up mopping the floor at 2 AM. Later turned out AC servicing was way overdue. A life threatening situation created by negligence in maintenance. Sofa bed in living room but no AC there and that is not mentioned in the description. Lizards in the room. Bedsheets initially dirty and had to insist on changing. Staff not eager to address these issues.

Its away from center of the town and has good view of Arunachala Hill from the place.

Rooms could have been bit more spacious, separate kitchen would have been better.

New hotel, nice to stay Very clean and very comfortable. Very recommended hotel for family and couples staying. Future please provide breakfast indulge is easy for everyone. Thank you.
