"Charming period house"

This house is really well located, just a short walk to the city wall. Having the permit to park is ideal. The house is a charming Victorian terrace, comfortable and well loved in a quiet street within the city walls. Lots of charming features and practical facilities.

The rooms were very dusty. The bathroom needs a refresh of paint where it is peeling. If the garden had a little tidy, it would be really nice to be able to sit outside and make use of it. I did love the hollyhocks!

The property is very quirky and adorable. It is exactly what it says a Victorian property with lots of charm, although it has modern facilities. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in York.
