Sometime no hot water

Seems to be a great location and good homestay with nature and beautiful landscape around the Border Belt with China. Hot water in the shower

Lack of transparency and professionalism : - Low response on booking application - Asking to change room for 1 bed in the dormitory as the individual room smells dust and humidity. The guy working here said, price is 1 200 000 dong only for one night. So he clearly didn't want us to change room. - Another couple arrived here the same day paid around 250 for one bedroom in the dormitory. - Dinner is not great for 150k/person, chicken was smelly, rice, eggs, green vegetables - Also be careful, this area is in the border belt of Vietnam/China so the worker of the homestay want you to get a paper from the police station of Lung Cu which is 250k per people. We didn't want to have the paper as we stayed only one night. And the worker waited us for being installed in the room and already paid for the stay and dinner before strongly recommending us to get the paper and brought us to police station. - We saw it is possible to stay without the paper when guests ask for a refund ... - Our room was dusty and full of humidity, no mosquito net, beds are really hard - Bathroom and toilet are in the garden Clearly, won't recommend the place, no clear informations, not good communication eather

I really liked this accommodation, great service, good internet, and hot water to take a nice shower. I highly recommend this place.

We payed more then was on booking. We had to pay some special fees, even on booking was written that all fees are included. They asked for 300 VND per person!!! Then they reduced it for 400VND for all 3 of us but without any document. Even they wanted to call police. Very strange.

The place is very chill and beautiful! Evening fireplace, some beers and great people around will make the end of your day! The homestay is nice:)
