They had lost our reservations. They had one room but it only had one double bed. The man at the desk let me look at the room that was available. Not appealing. Very run down place.
USUSWe reserved 2 rooms but when we arrived, only one room was available. So we had to use another hotel.
There was no one at the sign in desk. Had to find the person. Cleanliness could be better.

This is not an accurate photo of the motel, it was not ready at 3pm for check in. Tried to reschedule, but they wouldn’t reschedule through Booking.com, was charged full three night stay even though we didn’t stay. the icing on the cake is that we were charged an additional night after the fact, saying that they had to charge for one night for cancelation…even though they charged for three already. They will not respond to requests for refund. Avoid at all costs.
