First motel I Ben to the didn't have a phone in the room to call office wierd but ok. The room next to mine had a family that just moved out and at 8:30p.m. they were clean and pounding on the walls with a hammer I know this have to get done but 8:30p.m. wtf. They had a nasty mop bucket out in front of the door they were dipping a mop in and cleaning the walls with it. I wouldn't stay here with my kids.

Everything else. Whole room was dirty and poorly maintained. Stain and hair on bedsheets. Good on desk. Dirt buildup in the corners. Reeked of air freshener. Door didn't seem secure. Freezing cold in room.
USRoom was clean, bed comfortable and shower hot.
It was a bit sketchy in appearance. Reception area cluttered and dirty. If they offered breakfast, I would not partake.

The fact we reserved and paid for a room arrived at 11:30pm, rang the night bell, knocked, called and messaged and no one was there to check us in. Had to find another hotel.
