The location was good, quiet. The sheets were nice and clean and the lady was very helpful at all times. The place has great potential but it needs serious revamping

The picture of the place needs to be updated on here as they are misleading. It is unkept, our room had a bit of dust, the shower/bath kept leaking, we had to use towels to catch the water whilst one was bathing. There were no plates or glasses in the room. As hot as it it, the aircon was not working even TV subscriptions. We only had YouTube available. Only 2 flat pillows that were uncomfortable

The location was great. However, the facilities were not and I expected more for a guest house situated that close to the Union Buildings.

Access control was dependent on calling someone to open the gates. The room was lacking in some basic things such as soap etc. The facilities were also not that great and some items such as a steamer did not work. The room is largely tiled, so it gets cold in winter. The room also doesn't seem as if though it gets deep cleaned regularly. There is barely a proper reception/receiving.

Great location. Quiet street among embassies. Safe parking. Very friendly staff who seemed to have no idea what guests expect. Magnificent carved wooden front door. Hot bath water. Kettle in the room.

The house is an aging dump. The room was fairly clean, but there was only a thin duvet on the comfortable bed and no other blanket, and a noisy heater fan above the bed kept on waking me up. No milk in house for tea. TV channels not available, Netflix subscription not paid. Bath tub could only be filled via the overhead shower. No soap except a tiny tube of hand soap. Some cups and glasses in the room had sticky residue at the bottom. Garden and swimming pool unkempt and unattractive. I understand that the previous owner sold a few years ago and the decline has occurred since then. Don’t blame the staff, the new owner is clearly responsible.
