Convenience and security

The property was not clean, lots of rubbish close to my room, swimming pull was very dirt (abandoned), no soap or shower jelly in the room. Beddings were old and rugged.

Didnt take the breakfast option as the place is so dirty.

The place is so dirty, the beds were not comfortbla, the Wifi was bad, the surrounding was not as posted on the pics.

Nice, clean comfortable rooms

Pool was dirty, we couldn't swim for our stay Staff couldn't carelless our complaints were fulfilled Staff is slow & lazy We wanted to go Saturday late bt they told us bookings.com will refund me TV in my rooms couldn't work, I didn't watch any of the TV coz they couldn't fix

"Pool Dirty and Unusable"

Size of the unit and kind staff.

Dirty pool and the pool was one of the reasons I booked here, noise from others guest late into the night, no power almost the entire stay and no steps were taken to improve the guest experience.
