Lovely

Lovely big room and our one had a sea view. Good seafront location. Friendly staff. Excellent cooked breakfast when we remembered to order it.

It was annoying to have to decide and be able to tell reception before 9:30 the night before if we wanted cooked breakfast. Either charge a bit more and include it or allow people to opt in in the morning.

The location was great and the staff were lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding good quality and clean. The continental breakfast was good although at 9 O'clock on the Sunday several items had run out and cutlery limited. This said when I asked for a milk jug one was provided. The view from the dining room was lovely and it was a lovely bright room.

The toilet was too close to the bath to be comfortable, the fan didn't work and there was no hot water on Friday tea time. The views out of the windows was quite depressing and could be improved with a voile. Room 19 was also quite noisy on the Saturday night due to the karaoke bar under the hotel.

No restaurant even though they advertise they have one,the photos and speel was quite different to what we found the entrance and foyer were not clean and the smoke alarm went off at 6.30am not impressed, no explanation by that stage we were pissed off so we packed up and left giving there free breakfast a miss
