Staff were nice and helpful.

The air conditioning sounded like a helicopter going overhead and prevented a good night of sleep, hot water and TV didn't work and the loo roll had about 3 pieces left on it, bathroom not really cleaned and someone's flipflops left on the bathmat. As we paid above average for the area we were pretty disappointed.
