Zeus Kos Beach

We loved the lay out of the room, it was always cleaned very well and incredibly tidy. Great views of the sea out the back of the hotel. Bar lady around the pool was lovely and the temp of the pool was great too.

Not enough sun beds around the pool, lots of room but less than 50 sun beds I’d say. There were some down a steep hill but after doing it for 3 days we didn’t want to keep walking down the hill and there is no railing to hold on to. Was bit worried about slipping. Breakfast was ok, never boiling hot. Could do with more fresh hot options. We stayed B&B and asked about price for lunch it was 25 euros each which is extortionate. We ended up 5 mins down the road and paid 20 euros for 2x meals and 3x drinks.

Convenient location not far from airport, beaches and Mastichari village. Good if you have rented car. We had bed & breakfast and the breakfast was very nice. Rooms were spacious enough with good services (celaning, reception, pool bar). Hotel takes mostly all inclusive guests but its still quiet place (pool side entertainment is moderate and ends by 11 p.m. ...the best was the guitar singer & player, the worst the karaoke, but this is my personal opinion of course)

Beach is mostly rough and not very clean (kelp and plastic trash) but this can not be managed by hotel of course. For better beaches you need to head more to the east or south. Not much shadow around pool (but chill ot arera aove sea is fine).

-Il personale disponibile e gentile, pronto a soddisfare le esigenze del Cliente (per quel che possibile). -Il bar vicino alla spiaggia con tante cose sfiziose da mangiare e con vista bellissima (peccato chiuda alle 18)! -La piscina curata.

-La pulizia inesistente: il lavandino sporco, gli asciugami non erano mai perfettamente puliti, la stanza veniva pulita giornalmente ma in modo superficiale. -La cucina: abbiamo cenato lì una sola sera ma il cibo non ci ha soddisfatto affatto, la colazione era povera di scelte dolci. -I lettini venivano occupati (sia in spiaggia che in piscina) con asciugamani per “mantenere il posto”, cosa inaccettabile perché c’era chi si ritrovava una giornata sulla sedia del bar! -La posizione bella perchè regala la vista su tramonti meravigliosi sul mare ma scomoda se non si ha un mezzo per muoversi (nei dintorni non c’è nulla di facilmente raggiungibile). Non so davvero come faccia questa struttura ad essere considerata un 5 stelle (dimensioni minuscole del lavandino del bagno, pulizia inadeguata, prese di corrente nelle camere non funzionanti..). Il prezzo è troppo alto per quel che realmente la strutttura è e offre.

When we arrived, the hotel was unfortunately overbooked. However, the management – especially Sevasti – handled the situation with great professionalism and care. We were accommodated in a equivalent hotel for one night, and received wine and fruit in our room as compensation. Sevasti also managed to get us a fantastic last-minute table at Oromedon restaurant in Zia. The hotel itself is modern, well-maintained, with friendly staff, an excellent breakfast, and high-quality sunbeds at the pool and beach. Despite the rocky start: highly recommended!

Entertainment crew is amazing, food was delicious, pool bar staff even better (Christina I will never forget you). Receptionists top! It really is luxury.

The beach by the hotel wasn’t that nice, but there were big waves and it was fun to play in the water.
