How helpful the staff was and how happy the atmosphere was

Really disappointed with the hotel, it was meant to be 5 start but so much needed work. There was missing plaster from the walls, the railings into the pool were almost falling over, the first room they gave us was absolutely disgusting with black mould up the shower wall.

Newly renovated and had potential

The smell used is terrible, especially the scent used in the bedroom to mask cigarette smell. The other guests were always drunk or 15 years old and the food was like British school dinners.

The pool was clean and cold perfect for me. The yoga and aerobics was good fun well run.

I saw nothing that says luxury about this hotel. Lots of it is run down and grubby. There is no restaurant at best it’s a self service cafeteria. Full inclusive is misrepresentation the only food was during limited cafeteria opening . There was no food available at the pool bar. Nowhere was there any waiter service not by the pool or in the cafeteria. All in all at best this is a good three star hotel . It’s left me doubting booking com description of uour hotels

Really relaxing poolside holiday. Delightful stay. Great staff, kind and considerate. Comfortable beds. Entertainment team fun and vibrant. Great drinks and bartenders. Simply beautiful

The breakfast met my expectations with its extensive variety. The bed was made every day, and the coffee maker's capsules were restocked. The reception area alone had the feel of a five-star hotel. Both the outdoor and pool areas were kept in excellent condition. The hotel is perfect for families, particularly those opting for an all-inclusive stay.

Upon entering the room, one encounters a jammed door that necessitates a forceful slam to shut, indicating the door frame requires fixing. The main concern, however, lies with the bathroom. Although it is equipped with essentials such as shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap, it is missing a towel rack or shelf for personal items like deodorizers and perfumes. The act of showering leads to the bathroom flooding, which then requires a towel to clean up the water. The room's safe was problematic; its electronics malfunctioned, resulting in the need for a technician to open my safe three times within five days. The balcony of room 217 was shaded throughout the day, providing a view of the dining area merely five meters away. The room would benefit from more furniture for storing personal items. The closet is woefully insufficient for a couple's clothing. I question whether any of the staff have been trained in hotel management.In my opinion, the staff was overwhelmed and out of their depth. You may think I'm a spoiled Swiss brat, but I certainly know five-star hotels, and this is definitely not one of them.

Private beach was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Front desk personnel was friendly.

The AC was leaking water, after contacting the front desk they sent an technician and they said ‘it’s normal’ and didn’t fix it. The hallway sometimes smelled like sewage. Shower drain was blocked, after the technician came they fixed the blockage but left a mess in the shower. Rooms were not very clean after housekeeping had been, there was still sand on the floor.
