I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel apartment was so unacceptable that I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this property is poorly managed and lacks even the most basic standards of hospitality. The room was nothing like the photos – it was poorly maintained, smelled musty, and the cleanliness was absolutely subpar. The bedding felt used, the towels were worn out, and there were visible stains on the furniture. It was honestly difficult to feel comfortable even for a night. The service was equally disappointing. Staff were indifferent and unhelpful, and any request – even simple ones – was either ignored or met with attitude. I had issues with both water pressure and hot water, and when I reported it, no one seemed to care. Noise levels were unbearable, with zero soundproofing. I could hear loud conversations, doors slamming, and even traffic from the street like it was right next to me. Sleeping was a challenge every night. All in all, this was a frustrating and regrettable experience. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone – not even for a short stay. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. On top of that i had to wait 30 mins for the rooms. I was given a run around for the invoice as well. I will ensure that I get it when time permits.

There is no water heater. They provide immersive bucket heater

When I called on the booking day they said are no no rooms.

Bathroom is not clean... Staffs are so arrogant... Plz dnt take thos hotel its total waste pf money.....
