The reception was very un welcoming. They were eager to get more money and came up with reasons. I paid for 5 adults, a room with two adults, and another with 3 adults; the rooms were charged differently accordingly. However, at the property they gave two rooms with the same-sized bed. They conveyed that the 5th adult will not be provided mattress. The owner wasn't very co-operative and the communication with the reception wasn't pleasant. The booking manager was an approachable person. I wouldn't complain about the rooms or the location, but the interaction with the staff didn't go well.
