Riad Chez Henriette

Excellent service from Moussa and the team. We received mint tea and biscuits on arrival and were able to leave our bags before and after check-in/check out. The décor and facilities are beautiful and the room was spacious. There was an extra blanket to use. Pillows and the bed were comfy. Breakfast was also lovely. It wasn't very soundproof but that wasn't too much of a problem as everyone was quiet. Be careful as the water in the shower can get really hot. There is a lovely terrace, but we didn't get a chance to use it. We were also able to book a Hammam and massage through the team at a nearby Riad. Overall a great stay and would come again!

Clean, Quiet place and amazing staff

the room was beautiful and the manager very helpful. but there was hair all over the floor in the room and also in the bathroom there was a tuft of hair in the bathtub, which was terrible. upon arrival, it smelled everywhere, but after a while the room smelled of mustiness and mold. breakfast was weak and without tea, which we had to ask for. the position entered on booking is not the same address on google maps. we have been looking for it for a long time. hair everywhere and a lot of hair in the shower. a lot of small flies that breed in dampness poor morning

Moussad and Abdul are wonderful hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure that their guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. They are some of the best hosts I have ever head at a hotel/airbnb/etc. If it is your first time traveling to Morocco, this can make a big difference. I recommend that you coordinate as much as possible with the riad, especially the transfer to/from the airport. The riad is cozy and well located. The facilities were all in great condition. The WiFi is spotty sometimes, but overall worked great and they were quick to reset if there was an issue. If others have complaints about the facilities -- just remember you're in Morocco and enjoy the adventure! We stayed on the second floor; I recommend paying a little extra to stay on the second floor, I think it can make a difference. The riad is on a side street; it's safe during the day, but like all locations in Marrakech, I would be careful not to walk around too late. They keep everything very clean.

I think the breakfast is fine for a free breakfast but nothing special. Keep in mind that they do not have eggs every day, though they seem to accommodate special requests. However, in all my experiences of hotel breakfasts, it is definitely on the better side!

Beautiful Riad with very kind and caring hosts. We recommend to use the Pick-Up-Offer from the Airport because it seems nearly Impossible to find the riad on your own.

This riad is highly recommended and our next stay in Marrakech will be in this riad again. It is cozy, beautiful and clean. The location is also excellent for exploring the old city and all the sights around it, all within a 5-15 minute walk. Most importantly, the hospitality and service from Moussa, Abdel and the service lady (sorry, I forgot her name) is excellent. I travel a lot, both for leisure and especially for business, but I have never experienced such courteous, attentive and excellent service. I would like to thank Riad Chez Henriette and wish them all the best and look forward to seeing them again.
