While this property has potential—it's nicely refurbished with a modern kitchen and comfortable bed—my three-night stay was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. Noise: The most disruptive problem was constant noise from other residents. There was shouting, arguing, loud phone conversations and doors slamming throughout the night, every night. The bathroom door is particularly problematic—as it causes the bedroom door to bang, every time some uses the bathroom making restful sleep virtually impossible. Cleanliness: My room hadn't been properly cleaned on arrival. I found hair and significant dust accumulation under the bed. Kitchen: Though newly renovated, it lacks quite a few basic essentials needed to prepare, cook, and eat a meal. Amenities: The roof space advertised was inaccessible, and my double room with balcony had no seating. There's also no mirror in the room, which was inconvenient, and no cleaning products provided for the bathroom—meaning that you have to shower in a dirty shower cubicle after everyone else has used it - yuck! Comfort: The bed was adequate, but the pillows were really poor quality. With attention to these details, this could be a great place to stay. However, as it stands, the stress outweighs the savings. This experience has convinced me to avoid shared-facility accommodations going forward—I'd rather pay more for cleanliness, peace and privacy."
