Traditional Welsh cottage in Llanberis

It was a home from home. Situated in Llanberis itself and only a short walk to the main high street, even if it was down a hill 🤣 Cottage was clean a tidy with everything you need.

There wasn’t anything that i didn’t necessarily not like, my only criticism was that there was enough fire lighting kindling, but we managed.

Very charming house, lots of animals around, stove in living room

Great stay at a great cottage at the foot of the Llanberis path. Idea for groups wanting to climb Snowdon or explore the local area, the stay had everything you’d need on a prime location. Only slightly negative would be the lane leading to the property is tight.

The location of this property is fabulous. It also has plenty of room and everything you need for a great holiday.

Our family of 7 spent Christmas here. It's a beautiful house in a beautiful location, with mountain views, sheep, chickens, and dark skies at night for star gazing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including logs for the fire. There's also a bedroom on the ground floor, which was perfect for my Mum and her elderly dog. We all enjoyed our stay very much and are thinking of coming back in the summer! Highly recommend 😊

It is very creaky upstairs, but it all adds to the charm (and alerted us to little feet wanting to see if Santa was there yet 😆).

Great accommodation with 4 large bedrooms, very comfy beds, and a large, uncluttered downstairs living room and kitchen. We loved being able to put the fire on when we got home from our walk, and the house was perfect for dogs as not too much clutter around for them to knock with their waggy tails! The house is in a great location for Snowdon. We also loved that we were able to plug in our electric car to charge overnight. We'd definitely stay again.

The road going up to the house is VERY NARROW! If you have a particularly wide car, or are not a great driver, it will be a struggle to get round without scratching it. We just managed with a few mm to spare. Otherwise it is a fairly steep walk up the hill if you leave it at the bottom. It wouldn't stop us staying there again, but worth mentioning for others.
