Sliema Luxury House

The property was as described. The hot tub and surrounding area was a real benefit in a hot week.

It has two bathrooms, one en- suite and we had 7 adults so has to adjust.

Les travaux dans la rue devant la maison, beaucoup de bruit, de poussière. Pas de place de parking, stationnement très difficile. Bruits de voisinage : bar à côté du logement.

We had a really great stay at Sliema Luxury House and would definitely come back. The place has a lot of character—what we loved most were the historical details like the old stone stairs and floortiles, traditional doors, and those classic Maltese window shutters. It gives the house a really authentic feel while still being comfortable and modern where it matters. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the seafront, restaurants, and shops, so getting around was easy. The house itself is spacious and clean, with plenty of room to relax. The rooftop terrace and hot tub were a big bonus—perfect for winding down in the evening. A special mention goes to our host Lucas, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was excellent, and we felt very well taken care of from start to finish. One small thing to note: since it’s in a lively area, you do get some street noise, especially at night. Having earplugs helped a lot, so worth bringing a pair if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, a really nice mix of charm, comfort, and location. Would happily stay here again!

Everything was perfect: Location, appartement was big, it was clean and the host was very kind.

De airconditioning werkte perfect. Lucas was geweldig als je iets aan hem vroeg of nodig had had je het binnen 20 minuten. De jacuzzi was natuurlijk ook heel fijn maar in de zomer soms wel iets te warm ook al zet je hem op het zachtste.

Die Lage ist toll jedoch abends sehr laut durch die Bar unten und der stark befahrenen Straße. Der Whirlpool war ein Spaß für Groß und Klein. Das Haus ist besonders und sehr süß eingerichtet. Es hat sehr viel Potenzial. Der Kontakt zu Lucas war super und er war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Das war klasse 👍

Wir waren insgesamt 8 Personen mit 4 Kindern. Es gibt nur zwei Bäder wobei eines nur über das eine Schlafzimmer erreicht werden kann und eine Toilette im Wohnessbereich. In einem der Bäder gab es nur ein kleines Waschbecken und keinerlei Abstellmöglikeiten für Zahnbürsten etc. ein kleiner Schrank statt zwei Wäschekörben würde das Problem lösen. Manche Türen und sogar Fenster (Schlafzimmer rechts und Bad rechts) sind schwer bis gar nicht möglich zu schließen bzw. abzuschließen. In einem der Bäder (Hauptschlafzimmer) war die Toilettenschüssel defekt und rutschte ständig weg beim draufsitzen. Dies wurde am ersten Tag auch gleich gemeldet aber leider nicht mehr befestigt oder ausgetauscht. Das fanden wir extrem schade. Ein Zweibettzimmer ist leider ohne Fenster. Dann gab es leider nur 7 Gabeln und 3-4 große Tassen, bei einer Belegung von 8 leider etwas dünn. Da erwartet man das vor der Vermietung drauf geachtet wird, das genügend vorhanden sind. Wir haben für den Preis und als „Luxury“ etwas mehr erwartet. Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten die schon sehr viel ausmachen würden, dann wäre es für uns super gewesen.

The location is excellent for getting to all areas into Malta. Lots of nearby restaurants and supermarket (Lidl). Uber taxis are very reasonable and buses for 2.50Euros. Linen and towels provided were clean and good quality. Beds very comfy. Roof terrace was a lovely place to sit. The host Lucas is fabulous, nothing too much trouble and was always on hand for information. Best host.

We had 4 bedrooms but there are only 2 bathrooms plus an extra toilet. Not too much of a problem as there were only 4 of us.

Mögel i badrum och sovrum. Flera läckande ac-enheter med vatten på golven som följd. Trasiga tv-apparater. Trasig diskmaskin. Regnade in. Läckage från badrum på våning 1 och droppar ned på nedervåningen. Luktar avlopp i badrum.
