Nothing really just the location

The first room the TV didn't work the second room the ac didn't work and they said there's no more rooms so either you watch TV and sweat or have a nice cool room with nothing to watch. And to top it off we staid a couple days and then they tried keeping are 50$ deposit saying the chair was dirty l said l know that's why we didn't use them very nasty place.

Nothing

I am disabled and requested a ground floor room. I was denied this. I almost fell on their stairs a few time. They deducted from my deposit over a couple of small marks left on the sheet by my injuries. I just survived a house fire.
