I do love this boutique motel, which reminds me of a smaller, budget Residence Inn.

It is still priced a bit high for what it is and location.

I had the opportunity to stay at this property several times during a very difficult moment in my life, and I can honestly say it was the best decision. The family who runs the hotel treated me with genuine kindness and respect, always going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported. Their warmth made me feel safe and cared for, almost like being part of their family. The location is very convenient, close to the Whittier courthouse, supermarkets, and public transportation, which made everything much easier for me. The rooms were always clean, well-kept, and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the property is calm, welcoming, and family-friendly. I am deeply grateful for the hospitality I received during each of my stays. This is not just a place to rest, but a place where you are truly looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good location, and an exceptional experience.

There was no blanket on the bed. The space heater did not work. I froze throughout the whole night. I left early even didn't we'd get a refundable deposit cause nobody was there which is understandable. There was a homeless person sleeping at the bottom of the staircase. it was a woman, and she's somewhat accosted me.

I liked how well lit the room was. The refrigerator was roomy and kept my items cold. Happy to see a microwave but didn't use it. The hvac system worked really well. I was toasty all night long. Parking behind the motel was well lit. The wifi worked fine for me but I didn't do too much streaming, just Spotify.

I think the front window should have a speaker so I could hear them easier. Being close to the road made it hard for me to catch every word. I didn't have any washcloths, just towels and I was also was missing a flat sheet. If I was staying longer, I would have gone down to request them but it wasn't a huge deal this visit. I just used my own blanket.
