"Dry dock apartments"

Apartment is within an industrial estate which has security barrier that is locked from 2am to 8am so if you need to leave early your car has to be parked in front of a Screwfix

if you are looking for some great accommodation in a VERY quiet area away from the city hustle and busy with easy parking then you have found the right place Comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need for a one night stay or longer Close to Morrisons and Lidl Mcdonalds and other food locations this pace has everything Hot water and shower wonderful We will be back thanks

Stayed for 4 nights . Well equipped, however instructions on the operation of the induction hob would have been good, eventually worked out how to operate it. Plenty of hot water, loved the shower and the towels were large and lovely and fluffy. Bed comfortable. Sofa bed in lounge area could have been more comfotable and rather low. Property is clean everything is as described apart from the smart tv which I was very disappointed with. It’s advertised as a smart tv but you get a tv with some free view channels only.

Walls could have done with a lick of paint, black marks all over maybe from suitcase wheels or other luggage. Sofa could have been deep cleaned as it had some stains on. Area was quiet and easy to get to. 5 minute drive from Newquay town. Bed was very creaky and couldn’t turn over without it making a terrible noise. Overall experience was okay, kitchen and bathroom was very clean nonetheless.

A group of 15 x converted ISO containers, very well converted and a great little place for 2 days stay. Situated in the centre of an industrial estate on the outskirts of Newquay. Once inside, they are well fitted out and remarkably comfortable. The comms from the team were first rate and I would stay again.
